APPRENTICE LINEMEN WANTED
Southeast Electric Cooperative Inc. (SECO) of Ekalaka, Montana has an opening for one apprentice linemen to work from SECO headquarters in Ekalaka. Along with existing crew, the apprentice will be responsible for construction of new power lines and maintenance of existing lines. The position requires at least a high school diploma and valid State of Montana Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Pre-employment physical including drug test is required. A Lineman School Certificate is preferred but not required. However, completion of an approved Lineman Apprenticeship Program will be required while employed at SECO. This position requires working outdoors under a variety of weather conditions and may also require periods of long and irregular hours including on-call and overtime.
